1) Do I need to bring a partner?
No. All the classes are based on line dancing and individual routines. Of course you are more than welcome to bring a friend.

2) What to wear?
Just wear something comfortable. Tracksuit bottoms or leggings and soft shoes or trainers.

3) How do I know if I am going to like it?
The best advice is to come and try the class for yourself. The first class is free for the new members. You can then decide if you wish to carry on or not.

4) What if I cannot do every exercise?
The classes aim to be accessible to everybody. But if you think you cannot do one of the exercises we can easily show you a different one to do. So you are not excluded of the class.

5) Do I need a mat?
Most classes involve some floor work so we would definitely recommend to bring a mat or a towel or a rug.

6) What will I gain from the classes?
You will hopefully gain self-confidence and a better level of fitness without forgetting being part of a friendly group of ladies.
