You could learn anything from Modern Jazz to Salsa, Madison to Sirtaki,a bit of hip hop and Cha Cha, from basic routines to advanced combinations, using your favourite music from the 60’s to 2013.

Dance / exercise classes for women
Full body warm up, some floor exercises to strengthen the core muscles and some cardio-vascular routines to get that heart beating. Then we move onto various dance routines to your favourite tunes.
Dance / exercise classes for ladies over 50’s
Gentle full body warm up, balance exercises, stretches, some floor exercises to strengthen the core muscles and some cardio-vascular combinations to suit your abilities. Then we dance to your favourite music. Whether you are generally healthy or are managing an illness, there are big and small ways to get more active and boost your fitness level. At Dance As U Go we make sure that you can join in.
On a regular basis, we organise a Ladies Night in Ashford with different themes. The evening includes a dance lesson, a buffet and soft drinks. You may bring your own drinks and the evenings are held at Imagine in Ashford.
Mother and children workshops
Ideal for families. Each workshop is for 4 weeks. For children from 4 and over. These workshops just bring music and movements together. Ideal for a first approach to dance.
